By using Zentify, you acknowledge and agree that we may use your Gmail email address and name to display in your user profile within the app. This information helps to personalize your experience and allows other users to identify you within the app's community features.

Additionally, we require access to your location to obtain the address where we will provide our services. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your location data for this purpose. We will only access your location when necessary to fulfill service requests and will not share this information with third parties except as required to complete the requested service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Zentify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
